Kate Schnetzer is an Award-Winning Video Producer, Visibility Strategist, and Top 100 Marketing Leader in the US and CEO of Kate Schnetzer Marketing (KSM). Her forte is helping the most elite experts and entrepreneurs establish their exceptional thought leadership positioning through video.

KSM has a small but mighty international team of some of the best videographers, video editors, and strategists in the field.

KSM is now seeking more local team members to round out the team and is more specifically looking for a special right hand person to help KSM achieve explosive growth in 2021.

All of the essentials you want to know

Hours

38-42 hours a week, with some fluctuation in extra busy and extra slow times. Typical hours are 8-5 but this can also fluctuate.

 

Pay

$15-20 per hour to start, however pay on commensurate 

Paid vacation and paid time off
No health insurance offered at this time. 

Location

We are headquartered in the Eureka area, more specifically the Lakewood Hills Neighborhood. You will be expected to spend most days on location with the CEO. However, as COVID restrictions lift, you will travel with her to local events, nationwide shoots and possible international shoots.

They work well with a blunt and to-the-point CEO and are eager to ensure the CEO has everything taken care of so she can stay in her zone of genius and have time and bandwidth to move the agency forward.

The ideal candidate is confident in what they do but willing to be coached along the way. 

They’re able to keep a cool, calm head in the face of incoming deadlines and having many irons in the fire.

They communicate, write, and present themselves professionally and can maintain KSM’s high standards when working with the CEO, teammates, clients, vendors, and contractors.

They also have a clean criminal and driving record. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, use stairs regularly, and available to travel. Must have reliable transportation.

Job Description: Scope of Work

SCOPE OF WORK

Administrative

-Serve as gatekeeper for CEO
-Managing CEO’s schedule and inboxes
-Join CEO on calls, take notes, assign tasks, liaison between Executive team
-Transcription of CEO’s voice memos
-Transcription of CEO’s paper notes, Kansan board, and whiteboards
-Creating SOPs, processes, and mind maps
-Creating email and text blasts and messages for company marketing list
-Pull and curate marketing, financial, and performance data and reports
-Monitoring KSM Project Management tool and time block into CEO’s calendar
-Preparing notes and agendas in preparation for upcoming CEO meetings and prepping CEO before meeting
-Booking travel arrangements for CEO and KSM Team
-Online file organization
-Research online
-Outreach to influencers, summit speakers, public relations opportunities
-Website updates and edits as needed
-Anticipate the administrative needs of the CEO ahead of time and design schedules, communications, systems, processes, and flow to create simplicity and ease
-Taking daily behind-the-scenes images and video for social media
-Engagement on social media posts|
-Moderation of livestreams and webinars

SCOPE OF WORK

Production

-Send weekly client check-ins and special event check-ins
-Staying privy to client happenings on social and engaging on client posts
-Scheduling CEO touch points with client and partners
-Quality control assistance
-Sending gifts to clients, partners, and show guests
-Scheduling and coordinating summit schedules, show schedule, and filming schedule with clients
-Identification and communication with influencers, joint venture partners, PR opportunities, and show guests.
-Gopher for clients while in town
-Gopher for CEO during shoot
-Set up and tear down of set and equipment
-Creating content plan spreadsheets for client shoots
-Film and content plan tracking
-Scheduling and coordinating hair, makeup, wardrobe, and vendors as needed
-Liaison between KSM Director of Operations and CEO while on set
-Traveling with Kate to out of area shoots
-Files transfers to KSM cloud
-Virtual Kit assembly, set up and tear down with client on zoom, and shipping order
-Packing checklists and packing of equipment

SCOPE OF WORK

Personal

-Running errands for CEO (grocery shopping, dry cleaners, dog grooming, stores, take out, etc)
-Daily basic pick up and tidying of office, studio, communal areas in the CEO’s home, as well as dishes and laundry as needed
-Occasional babysitting, housesitting when not accompanying CEO at events or travel
-Accompaniment on work outings and trips and select personal outings and trips
-Basic animal care (feeding, walking) as needed
-Healthy and simple meal planning and preparation
-Making personal and family appointments as needed
-Placing online shopping orders and handling returns and refunds
-Scheduling and handling of in person vendors.
-Drive CEO to appointments and events as needed
-Other tasks that help free up time and resources for the CEO
